Q:How do i remove the filters for cleaning, Broan, allure?

A:  The filters have a way to be pulled down. You should see a 'tab' so you can pull it down. IF you have just the aluminum filters, then can be soaked in hot soapy water. They must be completely dry before they are re-installed. IF you have the charcoal filters, too, these can only be replaced, not washed. I think it would be best to contact us direct at 888-336-3948.       A:  It is designed to be hard wired. You can convert it to a plug in. You would need to purchase the optional cord kit, model SHCK44, which is sold separately.

            A:  To change the bulb, you will need to remove the light lens. Make sure the bulb has cooled so that you don't get burnt. Grasp Lamp at base, tilt down and pull out to remove. Replace with 26W Fluorescent Lamp GX24Q-3

              A:  The duct knockouts in this range hood are in the center for the 7" round duct or in the center rear for the 3-1/4" x 10" rectangular duct. Please contact our Technical Support Department at 800-637-1453 for additional installation assistance.
