A:  Based on the reference material I found on line my answer is no. Your original fan that you are replacing has a 9 by 9 inch box (fan housing) dimension and this one is 8 by 8 1/4 which would leave a gap. Look for one 9 by 9 to match existing hole. You can confirm your existing hole size by taking off cover and measuring.
