A:  Perhaps the bits you are using are a bit smaller than the hole. My bits have never fallen out and they all fit tight and remain in.

A:  I haven't had any problems with them falling out. Maybe some oil or lube got into the holes that hold them.

A:  I have set my drill aside and not gone back to using it for almost a week and still had 3 full bars of charge. It definitely holds a charge for a length of time when not in use.
