A: Hello, we cannot verify that any other wall surround, other than one made by Bootz, will fit this shower base. However, as long as the walls are the correct measurement and are installed properly, it should fit. We do recommend the Nextile 60 in. W x 74 in. H x 30 in. D 4-Piece Direct-to-Stud Alcove Subway Tile Shower Wall Surround in White. If you have any other questions, please do not hesitate to reach out to our team at 812-423-5401. A product expert would be happy to assist you in whatever way we can. Thank you for your interest in Bootz!

Q:After unpackaging the shower base, I noticed that the right flange is not straight and seems to have been bent out of line. I am unable to place it in-between the studs now. Is there a recommended method to bend the flange back in line?

A: I had the same issue. I placed a cloth over the flange and straightened it with channel locks. I lost a little enamel in the process however, most of the flange is hidden and I touched up with appliance enamel touch-up and was happy with the results. I did not want a plastic base.
