Q:Is this thick enough to be used as a barrier in my river rock channels, under my scuppers, to help flow water away and prevent monsoon rains from soaking under the foundation OR should I look for something else, such as visqueen?

            Answer This Question

A:  Based on these dimensions, your pond is approximately 13 sq. ft. and contains 236 gallons of water. With a pond this size, you need a liner at least 10 ft. x 10 ft. The Beckett 10 ft. x 12 ft. PVC Pond Liner is an excellent choice for this pond. Please don't hesitate to reach out to CustomerService@BeckettUS.com for more help.

                Answer This Question

A:  20 x 18 will give you enough liner plus a 2' lip, which you'll need because the PVC material doesn't always lay perfectly flat. Rubber liner is more expensive but much, much easier to work with, and will last longer.
