Q:Can I buy individual parts for 3500-44S65RNOR. I need a glass panel. One broke during installation. Also are there two panels that fit this model that are about an inch smaller in width?

Answer This Question
A: Hi Derek- Thanks for reaching out. Yes you can order replacement parts, unfortunately you can't do it online. You would have to go to a dealer that can custom order parts (home depot stores do not have the capability). If you order glass panels a size down the glass panel width goes from 22 inches to 20 inches wide. If you have any questions or concerns call us at 1-800-45-BASCO.

Q:I had two door kits in my cart prior to check out and noticed a shipping charge of $44.50 each for a total shipping charge of $99 if two ordered. I decided which one I was going to order and dropped the second one from my cart whereupon the shipping charge for the one I was going to order jumped from $44.50 to $99. What's the deal? (P.S. I live about 3 and a half hours from the nearest HD.)
