Q:Can the 10” wall mount part be moved to support the side of the shower ring unit? My shower riser does not have a wall to attach it to.

    Q:Maybe I am missing a piece, but the valve body part where the shower rises has an outside thread (and nut) but the riser itself has an inside thread...how is this supposed to attach?

    A:  It’s a compression thread. Put the shower pipe in with the nut thing on it. You have to shove the shower pipe in to the rubber valve rather hard then twist the threaded nut like thing that has the hole, around it. Ours works really well. It’s mid boggling.

        Q:What is the "spread"? My plumber said get a 3.5 inch spread. I think this means between the hot and cold valves.

        A:  The faucets are on 3-3/8 in. centers.
