Q:How do you get customer support for Barclays?? Their website is useless. I bought this product and the riser leaks. Professional plumber told me the the threads are bad. I’m not returning the whole thing to Home Depot that was already installed.

      A:  Yes, there is a riser support that clamps onto the pipe below the shower head. It is not removable without taking the pipe apart at the center joint to slip it on or off.

        A:  There is a riser support bracket, and it is indeed removable. Though it is inadequate to support the connection from the divertor to the riser, being that it is a compression fitting on the riser and a threaded fitting on the divertor. It literally just sits in place I had to purchase an additional bracket and fasten the goose neck to the ceiling to keep it from shooting off when I turned the water on.
