    A:  Hello Elizabeth, Thank you for your question and interest in this product. This product is for the vertical vanes only. It does not include the headrail. The vanes can be ordered at a height of 77", however you'll need to order the headrail as well as it is a separate product.

      A:  Hello, Thank you for your question and interest in this product. The "S" shaped valance insert does not get flattened for the valance base. It should fit in your existing valance base, however you may need "S" shaped valance corners for the valance to accommodate the "S" shaped louver.

        A:  Hello Tubby: Thank you for your question. You may order a track and valance kit that is able to be cut down to your required width and the louvers are able to be cut to your required height. Please discuss with your local Home Depot regarding a cut down machine at their store or a neighboring store.

          A:  Hello Kimmy: Thank you for your question. Vertical tracks and valances are available to be ordered separately from the louver packs. The track and louvers are able to be cut down to your specifications. Please discuss with your store if they have a cut down machine to do so.

Your local Home Depot store would be able to shorten them if they have a cutting machine. I would recommend checking with your local Home Depot store to verify they have a cutting machine before ordering.
