Q:Can I get the blinds cut and top holes punched at the store

Thank you for your question and interest in this product.
Yes, as long as your local store has the machine to cut these down they would be happy to adjust the length for you. If they do not have the machine they may be able to direct you to the nearest location that does.
The holes for mounting the louvers are already in them.
