    Q:my window length is 93.5. If I order precut to size louvers, do I order them with 91.5 lenght? or should I order 93.5 to actually get 91.5?

    A:  Hello: Thank you for your question. We would suggest to measure any existing louver application and then order that size as a "finished louver length" to ensure you receive the correct size. You may also order as an inside or outside mount with your overall height and manufacturing will take the proper deductions for a special order louver order.

        A:  Hello: Thank you for your question. When purchasing the "louver set", this is the louvers only. They will not come equip with the track and/or valance.

          A:  Hello: Thank you for your question. Unless you already have one, you will need to purchase a track and valance. Please contact your local Home Depot to verify they have a cut down machine to have your louvers cut down to fit a blind 49 1/2" in height.

              A:  Hello: Thank you for your question. The minimum cut down size for a Vertical track is 13". You may choose an 18 1/2" wide 1" Aluminum off-the-shelf product to have cut to a finished width of 11 1/2". Also, the 1" Vinyl off-the-shelf size 13" may be cut to your width of 11".

                Q:It is indicated that this product is a 9 slat (vane) pack, replacement slats. What if I don't need them cut or wish to cut them myself?

                A:  Hello: Thank you for your question. If you do not need to use them cut, please utilize them as is. Please utilize the louvers as is if they do not need to be shortened. If they do need to be shortened, we suggest to discuss having them cut at your local Home Depot, if they have a machine available to do so. This will ensure an even, straight cut on all the louvers.
