A:  Yes! They score/cut them at the store. Here's what I did. I took in a verticle with the same length (sample) where I wanted it trimmed. I purchased 3 sets. They were all trimmed exactly the same. Just a tip...Make certain you request an experienced person to do this job.

A:  The head rails are various lengths at local Home Depot Stores.... you can get them cut to specific length(s) to fit your need... The vertical blinds are sold separately in packages and buy the number of packages to fit on the rails.

A:  A screw driver and just holding the back of the nut casing did it for me. You may want to keep the screw and nut casing and if you do not use all the blinds you can reuse it and hang them in a closet on a hook for future use. Thanks, Mike

A:  Hello: Thank you for your question. Please hold the louver pack so it is in front of you, bend front tab downward, remove the plastic sleeve from the tab and remove hook from the back of louver pack.

A:  The hook is fastened with a bolt that is easily removed.

A:  Turn the blinds/verticles over and carefully use a philips screwdriver on the one end while holding firmly the other end. Be careful not to deface the end with the screw in it.
