A:  We had to order it, and it took a couple weeks to the West Coast. I doubt they will stock it in the store... The unit is not super loud, but you can definitely hear it. Not too bad though... It runs for only about a minute, then shuts off, then turns back on about 7 minutes later and runs for another minute, Etc.

A:  Same for me. I just had it installed under counter (at a significant cost) and can't get the dual temperatures to work. Technical support is a joke. I will now have to go through another cost to remove and return back to Home Depot. I would warn anyone to stay away from this product.

A:  Found the height to be the issue As countertop was installed before refrigerator installed and this became an issue. Had to take the legs off on refrigerator completely and luckily have a at least 2 inches all around for space for refrigerator to breathe.
