A: I had no problem returning the toilet seat due to wrong color. Told the CS rep at the store about
problems selecting the right Bemis color toilet seat based on an html photo on their website. Found Color Swatches for purchase at Bemis Website then went back to HD for purchase (since HD's price was much lower) Second one was a perfect match!
