Please return your defective seat to the store for an immediate warranty replacement. The retail store does not have to keep your used seat in the store or handle it in any way. They will simply view the damage and give you a new warranty seat, sending your defective one home with you. A:  You take the screw and bolt off the old seat and remove from toilet. Then put the new one on with new screw and bolt and wa-la. New toilet seat. :)

A:  Hello - Thank You for contacting Bemis Manufacturing. This model seat measures approximately 18 1/2 inches long and approximately 14 inches wide. To confirm that this seat will fit your Aqua Source bowl you will need to measure your bowl. To measure the length you will start at the center of the bolts and end at the outer edge of the bowl.
