            Q:Can this product be used on plastic? I want to paint my exterior door that has a dog door. The dog door is plastic so want to ensure the paint will adhere to it as well as the door.

            A:  Hi cchand, thank you for your question. Our Ultra Paint is not recommended directly on plastic. We recommend priming first with our Bonding Primer No. 432 to promote adhesion and then topcoating with the Ultra Paint. Have a great day! -Giovanna

                  A:  Hi Smith, thank you for your question. For the best results, we recommend waiting until the paint has fully cured (about 4 weeks) before closing the door. If you're not able to give it the full amount of time, we recommend giving it as close to the cure time as possible to avoid touch-ups. Have a great day! -Lina

                    Q:I would like to paint a black roof with this white paint to help reflect the sun. If I do it the early morning and the roof is a little wet from dew/fog will this be ok. It may be too hot once the moisture is gone.

                    A:  Hi JR13905, thank you for your question. As it turns out, we do not recommend using our Ultra Exterior Paint for roofs. Alternatively, I recommend taking a look at our Multi-Surface Roof Paint. I'd like to mention that our products are not recommended for damp or wet surfaces as that can lead to issues with the adhesion or performance of the paint. If the surface temperature is higher than our recommended temperature range, it's best to apply the paint at a later time once it's within the recommended range.
