Q:I'm painting a metal outdoor deck railing. I have no idea what type of paint is currently on it. Will this paint work?

A:  Hello, thank you for your question. Our Premium Plus Exterior Paint can be used directly over water-based paint. For oil-based coatings, we recommend priming first. As you're not sure if the current paint is water-based or oil-based, it will be best to use a separate primer. Have a great day! -Giovanna

      A:  Hi Bobby, thank you for your question. You do not need to use an oil-based primer for aluminum surfaces, and you can use a water-based product if you prefer. In that case, we recommend using our Multi-Surface Primer (No .436) for the best adhesion. Have a great day! -Lina

            A:  Hi Donny, thanks for your questions. Yes, our Premium Plus Exterior paint can be applied to the OSB panel walls in your enclosed trailer.
