A:  Hi Sandy, thank you for your question. To prepare your metal storm door, I recommend scuff sanding the surface if it's glossy, as that can make it tricky for coatings to adhere. After that, make sure the surface is clean and dry before priming the surface with our Behr Metal Primer (No.435) to ensure adhesion before topcoating with our Premium Plus Paint. Yes, our Premium Plus Exterior paint can be applied over our Premium Plus Interior paint; however, please keep in mind that we don't recommend using our exterior paint on an interior project, as it may not hold up to the typical cleaning an interior paint endures.
