A:  Yes, you can, but I will suggest to remove the old paint for best result and durability. When we take a short cut we pay for it later on.

A:  Hi Beefy, Thanks for your interest in our Behr Premium 1-Part Epoxy Concrete & Garage Floor Paint. Our 1-Part Epoxy Floor Paint only requires a primer on uncoated concrete floors. Listed are the following steps for the best results. For Previously Coated Concrete Floors Option 1. If the majority of the floor has loose or peeling paint, it may be necessary to completely strip the entire surface using a product such as Behr Premium NO. 992 Concrete & Masonry Paint Stripper. Option 2. If the majority of the floor is in good condition then you may only need to remove any loose or peeling paint and scuff sand the surface. Any previously coated area in good sound condition can be coated over without primer. 3. Use Behr Premium NO. 990 Concrete & Masonry Degreaser & Cleaner to clean previously coated surfaces in good sound condition. 4. If necessary, use Behr Premium NO. 991 Concrete & Masonry Cleaner & Etcher to clean and etch any bare smooth concrete areas. 5. Spot prime all bare concrete areas with Behr Premium NO. 880 Concrete & Masonry Bonding Primer to increase adhesion of topcoat to the surface. Hope this helps and good luck on your project!

A:  No, you do NOT need since it comes with it. For best result you need to allow at least a week to cure before placing hot tires on it. Also, If you can NOT wait to place hot tires on it for at least 1 week then you must place pieces of cartoon under the tires.
