      A:  Hi Kathi - thanks for your question. Yes, all coated surface can become slippery when wet. As it turns out, we do not have any products that can be added to our semi-transparent stains to provide slip-resistance; if you need something with slip-resistance, it's best to use our Anti-Slip Porch & Patio Floor Paint instead.           Q:Behr exterior semi-transparent acrylic stain ( 5077 base ) . i believe it states to use soap and water to clean up the brush used for application. What kid of soap would do the job ? Something like Dawn dish soap, or ???

            Q:How difficult is it to maintain the semi transparent stain/sealer? If it’s been around 6 to 8 years and I want to add another coat, do I need to strip the previous coat with the #64 stripper? Or is it good enough to just use the #63 cleaner?

              A:  Hi Alex, thank you for your question. The Semi-Transparent Wood Stain and Sealer can be top coated with a clear water-based coating, such as polyurethane. Typically, penetrating coatings/sealers require they be applied to uncoated porous surfaces.
