Additionally, manually mixing in the white paint may make it tough to recreate the same color in the future if needed. The color Hailstorm should be the same in both the Dynasty and Premium Plus Paint; since the Dynasty Paint has a Matte finish, and Premium Plus is Flat, the Dynasty Paint will have a little more sheen when compared to the Flat Paint. A:  Hi molly, thanks for your question. Our Premium Plus Interior paint can be applied to a wooden stove hood provided the surface does not get hotter than 140F. If the surface ever gets hotter than this, it's best to find an alternative product that can resist the extreme heat. Have a great day! -Christina
