A: Hi Damaris, thank you for your question. Our Elastomeric Masonry, Stucco & Brick Paint should be applied to a sound surface, and cracks and gaps wider than 1/16 inch should be repaired using an elastomeric patching compound or acrylic caulk around windows, doors, and trim before being painted. Answer This Question
A: Hi KPMo, thank you for your question. I'm sorry to hear about the moisture issues your home is experiencing. As it turns out, our paints will not work on surface with moisture issues. The only product you may be able to use is our Interior/Exterior Dry Plus Waterproofer Paint. However, this product works best on bare surfaces and can resist up to 12 PSI. Results are not guaranteed over painted surfaces. Have a great day! -Giovanna

A: Hi Ilka, thanks for your question. We recommend priming all uncoated concrete surfaces before applying our Elastomeric paint. You can use our Multi-Surface Primer or the primer of your choice. However, if your concrete is previously painted, a separate primer is not needed. Have a great day! -Christina

Q:Can this product be applied in the winter?
by|Dec 14, 2023
1 Answer
Answer This Question
A: Hi Rsss, thank you for your question. The Elastomeric Masonry, Stucco & Brick Paint can be applied in the winter when surface and air temperatures are between 50F and 90F and is recommended to dry within this temperature range for the full cure of the paint, about 14 days. Lower temperatures and higher humidity can extend the dry/cure time. Have a great day! - Randy
