Answer This Question

A:  Hello, thank you for your question. Our Marquee Exterior Paint has the best dirt-resistance. The glossy finish should also help prevent stains, however, determining the source of the stains to stop them will be best. Have a great day! -Giovanna

Q:Does my oak table have to sanded or primer applied before painting with Behr Dynasty Marquee Dark Truffle?
    by|Jun 21, 2023
    1 Answer
    Answer This Question

A:  Hi Susan, thanks for your question. Yes, we recommend scuff sanding if your oak table has a glossy finish. Also, if you are looking to get the guaranteed one-coat coverage of our Dynasty and Marquee paints, you'll definitely want to prime with our Multi-Surface Primer first. However, a separate primer is not required if you don't mind applying more than one coat of paint. Good luck with your project! -Christina
