A:  Have not tried it on fiberglass.  Sorry.  Only wood.  For that it worked great and its awesome in cold temperatures.

A:  We painted our Fiberglass front door with Behr exterior Marquee 3 years ago and it is holding up very well.  Behr Marquee paint has primer in it!

A:  Make sure the awning is clean and dry, use Behr Exterior Metal primer, then Behr Marquee exterior latex paint. Put on two coats of the paint, allowing ample drying time in between. Mike

The surface should be sound, clean, dry, and scuff sanded to promote adhesion if the finish is glossy. If you're covering tough stains, then use the Multi-Surface Primer and Sealer No. 436 first. A:  Hi Rodge, thank you for writing in. You can safely apply our Marquee Exterior Paint at 35-90 Fahrenheit (2 - 32C). Anything below or above that range may cause issues, particularly within the first 24 hours after application. -Michael

A:  paint sticks very well to different surfaces with/without prime. since it is already factory primed, it should be fine without additional primer.

I recommend testing a small area for adhesion. We typically, recommend our Bonding Primer No. 432 on fiberglass before painting.
