A:  Hi Simon, thank you for your question. I recommend priming your surface with our Multi-Surface Primer (No.436). It will seal the porosity of your surface and help with the adhesion and coverage of your Marquee Paint. Have a great day! -Lina

While our Marquee Paint can be applied to fiberglass trim so long as you prime the surface with our Behr Bonding Primer #432 beforehand, our products are not designed for boats.
