    A:  This version of LED recessed lighting isn't really wet rated. Using a type that looks like it in a non-gimbal or baffle trim version could work outdoors, IF it does state it is wet rated. Make sure that where it will be installed in the soffit will not have issues with moisture getting into the housing.
