A: This Tuck Point Blade is to wide for cutting. It is for removing mortar between bricks or cement blocks. To cut marble you should use a wet saw with a thin diamond blade. I have seen people dry cut marble and usually with poor results and chipped edges. You can rent a wet saw at most Home Depot Tool Rental Departments

A: A better blade for your project would be the Avanti model HD-4558 which is a 4 1/2 in. diamond blade designed for cutting pavers, block, brick and concrete. Plus, it's less than half the cost. Win-Win.
