A: I ordered the 120 inch rod and it came in two pieces with three brackets. That is 2 feet more than you need, but it says you can easily cut the pieces down with the right tools, so I think you can cut a foot off each piece and have what you need. The pieces fit together beautifully with an internal sleeve that you will want centered over the middle bracket.

A: Hi
Sorry for the delay but we are not running everyday. Yes you can do that but this application will require Five supports with one at the middle splice. You cannot do thsi with three supports.

Q:Is this rod supposed to be 1 piece of 10 ft? Or 2 pieces of 5 ft that needs to be connected together? I ordered THREE times, and every time, it delivered me 2 pieces of 5 ft, which is not what I want. Then I had to get it returned for 3 times, which is SO frustrated. I want one 10 feet piece rod.

A: The rod is supposed to be 2 parts, 5 ft each, plus a metal piece which connects the 2 parts if needed. If you want 1 ten foot rod you may have to special order somewhere (Restoration Hardware) or have it made by a craftsman. OR - you can get a 10 ft wooden rod at Home Depot, stain it, drill a hole at each end, then buy the finials separately.
