A:  Installation wasn’t offered to me when I bought mine, you’ll need to hire somebody with half brain capable to read and follow installation instructions cuz is not easy to assemble. If the foundation is made the size of the shed I don’t think you’ll need the flooring kit, I wouldn’t use it but you have to make sure water doesn’t go in when rains

A:  Really know weight limit it's what ever you feel comfortable with setting it on just us every screw hole u can mounting it to the floor

                  by|Dec 28, 2018

A:  Consult the manufacturer if you are using the pre-fabricated metal foundation. If you are building your own foundation, I would recommend using, 20 8in X 8in X 14in cinder blocks, salt treated 2in X 6in boards, and 3/4 inch thick salt treated plywood. I build my foundation out of those materials and my floor can handle the weight of a 1000lb Motorcycle, and a 600lb roll around tool box.

                          by|May 5, 2023

A:  The plastic door handles, have two holes in each handle, one at the top and one at the bottom. Both sets of holes line up when the doors are closed, and you can fit a simple key or combination pad lock in either set of holes. It would be advised to use a weather resistant pad lock, since the shed will be outside.

A:  Yes, it can be sitting on ground or concrete. For ground I recommend to get the flooring kit and for concrete to anchor it to the concrete slab.

                                by|May 5, 2023

A:  Hi Ernie, That depends on what base type you are planning to use. You will have to purchase the right set of anchors depending on your floor type. If anchoring directly on to the ground please ensure the ground is completely level and you can use our Model #AK4 Earth Auger Anchors. If you are pouring a concrete slab or installing on an existing pad you can anchor using our Model #AK100 Concrete Anchor Kit. To discuss this in more detail please feel free to call us at 1-800-851-1085 (press 1). Thank you

A:  If your are build8ng this shed on a concrete slab base, it would be greatly advised to purchase 1 1/2 in long and 3 inch long masonry screws, because the frame of the shed has holes on the inside and outside that require it to be fadtened to the surface it sits on. It is also adives that you build the shed off the level ground as will will be difficult to seal the frame from water intrusion.

A:  The opening on this is about 6 feet 2 inches tall, because a 6 foot tall step ladder will fit in the door frame with that 2 inch clearance, and the doors open to a width of 4 feet 10 inches wide. However, this shed does not come with a side door. I would not recommend having a side door installed on this shed, because it would very likely degrade the structural integrity of the building. Refer to the manufaturer, of this shed before buying.
