Q:HELP! Im trying to find a screen for a window that is 23 (W)X33(L) and also 15 1/2(w) X 34(L). Are there screens with these exact dimensions or are there some that can be made into several dimensions?

A: Yes, this is typically installed no the outside of the window. It will provide some privacy but is not opaque and some light will enter as well.
