Q:20% of the US, almost all of the Great Plains was just moved from Severe Hail insurance risk into Very Severe Hail risk area due to years of increasing claims from large wind driven hail. Does Anderson sell a hail impact and insect screen window that will protect the 18 million Anderson windows in this new and rapidly increasing high wind driven VSH area. Within 1-2 yrs, having FM 1- VSH certified screens will reduce our insurance premiums enough to pay for the impact screens by eliminating window hail loss and resulting water damage losses.

I found a screen but I need to have the part that attaches it to the window to be approximately 7” from the bottom. The ones on the newer screens are much lower.
