Q:What materials do I need to put gutters on three sides of a shed with one downspout? The shed is 12? by 8 feet.

A:  If you go online at homedepot.com and look up gutter and look under instructions and assembly there is a parts listing of all the gutter parts in which you can calculate what you need. We do not do estimates because of different configurations and layouts.

          A:  In this case van and should are two different thing. Yes you can hook 2 together. However because of the nature of flex pipe, the results may not be ideal. It may result in being a little too flexy.

                Q:Is this supposed to buckle when forced in a vinyl downspot? I put the small end inside but when you view how it fit, part buckleswhich would create a debrie catch or leak. I have used these before and they did nto seem to buckle like the one I bought today.

                A:  I'm not sure what is causing the plastic to buckle, but if you put a towel or something flexible that you can pull out after it installed you can shape it so it does not buckle.

                  A:  As long as it fits firm inside the existing one to prevent it from falling out, you will be fine. The water is coming down, and should not be an issue. The one I have does not leak, and it is at an angle. Given its flexibility to maneuver, as long as you believe that it will stay in place, you should be fine. Once mine came out after a heavy rain about 8 months after, and I put some glue over the side, and re-inserted it, and no other issue. I hope this helps.

                  A:  This is typically used where the spout is coming out of the gutter. It can be used at the bottom but we sell flex a spouts that are for this application. They are longer.

                    A:  Probably ok to use there, though unless it fits properly inside the long run of the downspout, you will have leaks running down outside the downspout.

                      A:  Flex elbows are available in brown. You should be able to special order or have store check surrounding stores. If a store stocks brown gutter they will have the flex elbow.
