A:  Will this AM trim fit valve R121 ?

A:  Yes, holes are more like 10 and 3 o"clock but I'm sure we're talking about the same position, fit like a glove, had to cut the 10o"clock bolt a lil shorter cause it hit the mounting bracket other then that it fit great

A:  Good afternoon. Unfortunately, American Standard no longer manufactures trim kits with the horizontal escutcheon screw holes. Our current product would have the mounting holes at 11 and 5 o'clock. Thank you.
