Q:What is the dirrerence between T555.521.224 and T555.501.224 trim kits? And I'm replacing my current polished brass Town Square shower trim with a Town Square oil rubbed bronze shower trim kit. How do I tell if my current valve wil fit?

    Answer This Question

A:  The difference between these two trim kits is which valve they use. The .521 version uses a R121 Series valve and the .501 version uses a R111 Series valve. If you handle simply rotates and cycles the water from cold to hot you have a R111 Series valve. If you have to pull the handle out an then turn it either left or right for hot and cold water you have a R121 Series valve.

Q:Do you have a threaded extension for the shower arm? The shower arm from my old trim kit had a male connection that went inside my wall to a female connection. Because this shower arm has a female connection I'm looking for a male to male extension.
