Q:I purchased the Portsmouth T415502.002 and was expecting a brass wall escutcheon, but instead both the wall escutcheon and dialplate are both plastic. Do you have a brass escutcheon and brass dialplate that I can exchange these for? If so how do I obtain?

A:  No, that particular model does have plastic escutcheon and dial plate. We don't have a different one which is metal.

    A:  If you do not have at least 25-80 psi the shower head does not have enough pressure to hold the different settings.
