Q:My cold water handle is hard to turn on and close. Now the whole cold water side is loose and stiff. What is wrong?

It sounds like the cartridge on that side needs to be changed out. The faucet has a warranty on repair parts with copy of purchase receipt.               Q:does this have a recessed aerator? Or does it screw off?

              A:  It sits at the very tip of the faucet, and the tip of the faucet doesn't appear to screw off.

                A:  Don't know if it screws off but it has a little screen over opening.

                    Q:Our faucet was installed about 4 months ago and now one of the faucet handles simply spins around in circles with no water coming out.  The other handle for the hot water works just fine.  Can you tell how this can be fixed or does it need replacing?
