    Q:I am trying to replace a defective H2Option dual flush push button actuator and cannot figure how to remove the defective one. It seems like it is glued to the lid and absent hitting it with a hammer, which could break the lid, I see no way to remove it.

                Q:The parts inside the tank maybe broken while just installed the toilet two months agao. The toilet keeps running water even if we didn't press the buttons on the top of the cover? I have to turned the water pipe valve off every time using it.
