Q:It does not allow me to ship to Los Angeles - why is that?

A:  Dear GillA, I am not sure why it won't let it ship to CA. Their regulations state 1.2 gpm which this faucet meets that requirement.

                Q:How do I remove the handles on my Tropic Centerset bathroom faucet. If I try to unscrew them the faucet spout is in the way. Also, if they do unscrew I don't think there is enough clearance between the wall and the faucet to allow the handle to be unscrewed??

                A:  The handle snaps on to the handle adapter, you will have to pull the handle off.
