A:  Thanks for the question on the American Standard Colony toilet. The 4092 tank has been discontinued for quite some time, this tank and the lid on it will not fit that older tank. We no longer manufacture the lid any longer, but there are various on-line dealers in older tank lids. The number you will be looking for this the 735003.400.020.           A:  CG, Thanks for the question on the American Standard 4392 tank. This tank was discontinued quite some time ago, There would not be a current tank that could be used as a replacement as tanks and bowls are designed to work specifically with each other. In this case both the bowl and tank would have to be replaced. Your American Standard Consumer Connection Team.

                A:  The bolt hole mounting holes are 6.5", but be aware that you cannot simply put any tank on any bowl. This tank is designed to be used with our current line of Colony bowls.
