    Q:Small black particles fills the tub when the whirlpool is turned on.  The jets have been cleaned, however, the black particles still is seen in the tub.  What causes this and how can this be corrected.

      A:  Cadet tub model 2776 is not a heater compatible whirlpool tub. For a similar size tub that is heater compatible please see model 2425VC.

          Q:We have this new tub and like it but two of the jets on one side are not as powerful as the other two. The adjuster turns, but does not have any effect on the speed. It has only been used 3 times.
