A:  When running the jets American Standard recommends using clear water only.

A:  you can with our with out jets, I do it fairly often. However with bubble bath with jets, you'll want to go very light on the bubble bath or it will overflow everywhere and also if running jets with bubble bath it will defuse the bubble after about 10min. and then you'll just have soapy water with scum on top. Also regardless of running the jets if using either oil or bubbles you'll need to clean out the system more often and you'll be sliding all over the place lol.

A:  fill the tub above the top of the highest jets by about 2-3" with Hot water, add 1 Tbsp of low sudsing dishwasher detergent and 2 cups of white vinegar, run the jets for 10-15min. turn off the jets and drain the tub cleaning around the walls to remove and rinse away the deposited scum and bacteria from the system flush. once clean fill the tub again (this time cold water is ok) above the top of the highest jets by about 2-3" run the jets for 10min. once again, turn off the jets and drain the tub. Disclaimer: refer to your owner instructions on cleaning the system as some non-approved products may degrade gaskets and seals.

"American Standard recommends purging the system once a month by filling the tub with warm water and adding a quarter cup of bleach and a couple tablespoons of powdered dishwashing machine detergent. Run the tub for a few minutes then drain and rinse".

A:  holes were cut perfectly was offered a drain kit for tub 146$ menards has uni drain 17$

A:  The overflow hole is factory cut. Please take a look at drain model 1640.305 as a deep soak drain.

A:  fairly noisy, I don't know in terms of DB level but you'll need a large speaker to hear any music if trying to run the jets and listen to anything. it would be a kin to running a blender, that's about the same noise level.

A:  I haven't finished my tile shower surround yet, so I couldn't say. I assume yes. But for the can two people fit? NO, not comfortable and I am speaking to two fit, slim people. It is very uncomfortable especially because of the pseudo arm rests, even with out them it is just barely too narrow.

A:  To use with a tiled surround please install the American Standard Tile Bead kit part number 751755-100. The interior dimensions of this tub at the floor is 27x50 and at the rim is 33x65.

A:  The tub does not come with an apron so a tiled front can be field fabricated.

A:  The outside dimensions are 72 "x 42" x 19 3/4" and the inside dimensions at the rim are 65" x 33" and the floor of the tub is 50" x 27".

A:  Yes they do. It is a gfi reset button only with no receptacle and it is in the area where they sell switches and plugs. This needs to be mounted on the wall at least 5 feet from the tub so you cannot reset while in the tub.
