A:  We would not recommend removing the bottom half of the faucet.

    Q:hi, the hot water line is leaking slowly, I shut the hot water line, left the cold water line open and it does not leak, then I shut the cold water line and left the hot water line open, it leaks, it's a few years old. what is the remedy? I took it apart but too complicated. Can you send the upper stem where the hot and cold lines divide so I can replace it. Thanks

    A:  Bobby, It sounds like a cartridge issue, you can call American Standard directly to see about getting a replacement under your limited lifetime warranty.

      A:  The diameter of the body, is 1-7/8". And I am not quite sure what you mean by diameter of the spout. Which part of the spout?

        Q:As I read all of your reviews on this faucet, I see others are having the same issue.The faucets leaks from the head.This faucet was $350 dollars! I bought AS cause I purposely instead of a foreign brand hoping I get a good product. I would like my $ back

          Q:Attempting to replace my cartridge. However, after removing the handle kit, cartridge cap and cartridge nut, I cannot seem to remove the old cartridge. It seems to be stuck. I can wiggle from side to side a bit, but it won't pull out. Any suggestions?

          A:  The cartridge would either pull or thread out. It may be corroded a little. You can put some white vinegar around this inside of this area and let it sit for a bit.

              Q:serin 1 handle monoblock vessel bathroom faucet. model number 2064.152. i have a steady stream of hot water only. the faucet will cut the cold water off, but not the hot. i had to turn the hotwater off under the sink to temporary fix the problem. help
