Q:Are all the parts made of metal or are they plastic with finish on them?

A:  The bar itself will be metal and the sprayer will be plastic coated so that if it falls into the tub it won't chip it.

    Q:IS this brushed nickel because the picture looks like polished nickel or chrome. Also under specifications ils say it comes it 3 finishes..none of which say brushed nickel

    A:  I am not able to tell which finish this is by the picture but usually it would be chrome. This is also available in brushed nickel and oil rubbed bronze.

              A:  This unit is attached either to an existing bath/shower unit or a bath/shower faucet may be purchased separately. The reduced flow rate is acheived by an flow restrictor located in the handshower.
