Q:I am replacing several of my current floodlights with this one. If we keep the power on, my old lights would stay on. With your lights, if I keep the switch turned on, these will only come on with motion, right? I realize I can adjust the time up to 12

      Answer This Question

A:  Yes these only come on when motion is detected. I believe they are suppose to come on if you flip the switch very quickly; however this doesn't always work.

            Answer This Question

A:  It has the capacity to handle 2 150W regular incandescent bulbs so you could certainly use bulbs of lesser wattage such as halogen or LEDs. The switching is an actual relay - real switch contacts driven by the electronics - so no weirdness with LEDs.

            by|Jun 3, 2023

              A:  No, 2 no's 150Watts required.

A:  You can use anything that fits which (will depending on the socket aim) up to 150W per bulb and of course weather resistant. Switching is via a relay so no weirdness with LEDs like with dimmers.
