Q:What is the diameter of the mounting base? My old floodlight base is 5" and mounted flush to the wall around the electrical box. (4" base isn't going to work). Is there any kind of mounting adapter?

A:  We don’t have the information on the diameter of the mounting base. This is an older fixture and is made to be flush mounted not surface mounted to a junction box. We don’t offer any type of adapter.
