A:  Hi Digiroo2, Yes, you can connect a 1.5" tube to one of the overflows and connect the other end of the tube to the 2nd rain barrel. The other overflow will need to be closed. Thanks, Chris@TeamAlgreen

A:  Hi HG, The since the design of this barrel tapers, the spigot would be pointing down on an angle. In addition the drain is very close to the bottom and would not have space for the spigot to work. Thank you, Alby@TeamAlgreen

A:  Yes, you slice off the end of one of those "stubs" sticking out the back and attach an overflow hose.

A:  When I found that the barrel would get full I just turned the drain valve just enough to release the water SLOWLY thru the hose.

A:  It depends on how you want the over flow to work, but likely you will need to cut/drill an opening.

A:  The charcoal stone is more of a black in color.

A:  Are you wanting to set it out in the open and let it fill with raindrops? The round perforated top can be removed (it has a couple of screws) but I think it would take forever to fill.

A:  Yes, the screen screws off very easily. I don't have mine under a downspout so I just move the screen a little when it's raining and put it back in place afterwards so bugs don't get in. It fills up quickly still.

A:  Hi Roderick, The lid can not be removed however the entire top of the barrel is a landing for water and measures 18-in. The filter screen is 11-in. In diameter. Overall dimensions for the rain barrel are 35-in. Height and 20- in. Width/depth. Thank you, Team Algreen

A:  It looks like the Home Depot Associate who answered this left out some info. It can be attached with a diverter kit or via just letting water run in from the downspout. You know this is the case if you look it up on Amazon and watch the video. How else would the fountain water get into it if it must go thru the diverter?

A:  Leta, I am a small person with a bad back and I was able to carry the rain barrel to the side of my house. You could also read the description and see if it mentions how much it weighs. HTH

A:  This rain barrel weighs 12.2 lbs.

A:  No. The top is a round, perforated grate.

A:  No. the top is a perforated plastic screen. The Madison Rain Barrel/ with pump, you can purchase to use as a fountain comes with sacks of rocks to put on top of the screen.

A:  No just a screen over the opening.
