      Answer This Question

A:  Use this blue tooth switch available at Home Depot R02-DDS15-BDW to control the fan with your phone.

A:  Hello Kathy, you would only need one receiver for your fan, and then you can pair the wall control to the receiver. Here are the links for a receiver/remote and wall control that we would recommend. ~Michelle https://www.homedepot.com/p/Hunter-Universal-3-Speed-Damp-Rated-Ceiling-Fan-Handheld-Remote-Control-White-99392/313862620? https://www.homedepot.com/p/Hunter-Universal-3-Speed-Wall-Switch-White-99815/319361174?

A:  A remote control and receiver does not come with the fan. It must be purchased separate. A wall switch may be used to turn power on/off but the remote will not work with the wall switch turned off.

A:  The basic theory is that you have the fan going in a clockwise direction in summer to help circulate the cool air more evenly and then you reverse in winter (counterclockwise) to pull the warm air down from the ceiling to, once agin, distribute it evenly throughout the area. Any help?

A:  When you put the fan into reverse, it draws air upward. Most people think of this as a way to bring the warmer air near the ceiling back down into lower half of the room, where the people are. That’s a great way to use the reverse function in the winter.

A:  Some people reverse the fan blades in the winter to pour heat circulating around the house I never have done it so I can’t tell you if it helps. Bailey run my ceiling fans in the summer excellentfan for the price.

A:  Assembly takes about 40 minutes. If you have a willing helper to assemble the fan blades you could probably get it hung and cooling you down in 30 minutes or less! Really nice and quiet fan.

A:  If you are familiar with basic electrical wire connections I think 30-60 mins. It goes quicker and maybe safer if a helper can assist with handing you materials. Make sure the power is off!
