A:  Yes, you can def paint it to match any color you need!

A:  Yes , the cover is paintable to match the interior or exterior wall color. I suggest painting ii before installing the cover so it can be removed without peeling paint off the wall.

A:  5-1/2" wide x 1-1/2" high.

A:  Looks like a #10 x 2" flat-head sheet metal screw. The head is 7/16" in diameter. Take the plate to your hardware store to see if it fits.

A:  This is made to replace an existing cover that already screws into the cap, like mine does. I couldn't tell whether the clean out cap is special or someone drilled for the screw, so better to ask a plumber. There is no other practical way to attach it because it has to be easily removed in case of emergency.

A:  You will need a special tapped, recessed clean out plug in order to install this cover. Check with Home Depot for the plug availability.

A:  You just screw it into the clean out cap. I pre drilled the cleanout cap first to make it easier. It is a plastic cap, so I screwed it in by hand to orevpre breaking it.
