A:  Hello Rodd. Yes, this fixture is made of steel and is compatible with the type of bulb you mentioned. We recommend BR30 or PAR30 bulbs rated up to 75 Watts.

    A:  Sorry for the conflicting information. The largest bulb that can be used with this trim is a 75-Watt BR30 or PAR30 bulb.

      Q:This trim/baffle kit...can this be purchased as part of the whole retrofit kit and installed as one unit or does it have to be switched out afterward?

      A:  If you are referring to LED kits such as our DLR56, then no this cannot be used in conjunction. This is an individual unit made to fi with 6 inch housings. I'd say to either get this one or get the DLR56. If you get both, you can still only use one at a time.
