        Q:The rings are getting stuck at the place where the extension rods meet. They are causing the drapes to fall off the rings and look horrible. How do I get the rings to slide smoothly over the joint so that the drapes open and close like they are supposed to?

        A:  Hi, It sounds like your drapes are on the heavier than average. When this happens you must support the joint with a bracket and dived the curatin panels. Thanks!
